3M-Matic™ Infeed/Exit Conveyor is a conveyor extension attachment designed with ball bearing rollers in a powder coated frame. We constructed this conveyor attachment to bolt easily to the case sealer and offer smooth transition from existing conveyor lines in and out of the case sealer. This extension also provides a packing surface for cases at infeed.

3M™ Tape Application Monitor makes sure Scotch® Box Sealing Tape is properly sealing cartons. The monitor can tell when tape was not applied at all, when tape was not cut and when the tape supply roll is running low, which helps reduce downtime and maintain closure quality. It monitors tape application in semi-automatic and fully automatic case sealing operations.

3M-Matic™ L-Clip Applicator S867 applies 4.5” L-clips of Scotch® Filament or Reinforced Strapping Tape (RST) at up to 50 clips per minute for sealing non-RSC style boxes. The machine is designed for installation adjacent to a conveyor system or on a stand for off-line systems.

3M-Matic™ Dual L-Clip Applicator S867 II applies two 4.5” L-clips of Scotch® Filament or Reinforced Strapping Tape (RST) on the same edge at up to 50 clips per minute for sealing non-standard boxes.
